Our J0550 self sealing Vapor Coupler is specifically designed to allow high transfer rates of vapor to flow freely from the tank truck back to the loading rack. The J0550 has the lowest pressure drop in its class. It will allow higher flow rates at reduced pressure drop when incorporated into a well engineered vapor return system, preferably as an integral part of a vapor unloading arm.
Bottom loading offers benefits which cannot be achieved with top loading designs. Bottom loading takes place on the ground, making it inherently safer for the operator. It also allows for simultaneous loading of several tank compartments, increasing speed and efficiency of loading. Bottom loading is easily adaptable to vapor recovery systems.
The E2033 Bottom Transfer Loader is designed for heavy duty use and high flow rates, typically at large terminals. This style loader is designed for loading or unloading. This design is recommended when cross over is not required and when loading arm height is restricted. The standard reach of a bottom transfer loader is 12-13 feet. The standard unit is constructed of carbon steel and aluminum. This arm is also available in all carbon steel and all stainless steel construction.
The E2304 Bottom Spring Loader is best suited for an existing terminal that is being converted from top loading to bottom loading, where space is limited. Like other Emco Wheaton hose loaders, the E2304 is designed for multiple connections where crossovers are required. Standard reach is 60 inches. The standard unit is constructed of carbon steel and aluminum. This arm is also available in all carbon steel and all stainless steel construction
The E2313 "A" Frame Bottom Loader offers the advantage of easy handling, long reach and quality Emco Wheaton technology. The E2573 Counterweight Bottom Hose Loader, with a horizontal reach of 114", is designed for multiple connections where crossovers are required. Optional horizontal reach and hose length configurations are available. The E2573 conforms to the API RP-1004 recommended bottom loading envelope. Available in carbon steel with stainless steal braided hose.
Our E2852 Bottom Loading Arm Station provides flexible cross-over filling in the API working area for efficient bottom loading of tank vehicles with up to five products, plus a vapor arm.

The E2110 Fixed Reach Loader is designed specifically for single compartment tanks and railroad tank cars. The unit is made with a long rigid tube instead of a sliding tube. Accurate spotting of tanks and rail cars is required.
The solution for demanding applications, our E2632 Parallel Loading Arm combines equipment for the loading of products and the unloading of returning gas vapors. These Loading Arms are used for hydrocarbons (e.g. gasoline), toxic and aggressive media.
The E2025 Supported Boom Loader is designed for heavy use and high flow rates that are typical at a large terminal. The standard supported boom loaders have a reach of up to 16 feet. Supported boom loaders are the most versatile of all top laoding arms, providing the greatest mis-spot capability and allowing the greatest reach.
The E2630 Long Reach Top Loading Arms with Vapor Return Hose are used for hydrocarbons (e.g. gasoline), toxic and aggressive media. The E2630 is the most economical solution for the process of sealed loading on manholes with vapor return.
The E2022 Unsupported Boom Loader is designed for heavy use and high flow rates that are typical at large terminals. This style loader is designed for use in terminals where it is impractical to have supported booms.
The E2112 Variable Reach Loader is recommended for medium reach applications. These units are excellent for tank car loading due to the flexibility of the arm for cars that are miss-spotted. Also known as a Pantograph Unit, the E2112 is recommended for medium reach applications less then 11 feet.
